Pioneers in the selling of the Blackberry Mobile Email solution Mike and his co shareholders successfully sold the company in 2005, having been described as “one of the fastest-growing profitable companies in the UK in 2003”. This paved the way for the next venture into helping small and medium sized businesses maximize their online visibility, partnering up with Wayne in 2008 to found Front Page Advantage and in 2014 joining forces with Lucy. Lucy Griffiths – Commercial Director & Co-Founder
Lucy has worked in online digital marketing since 2002 with an in-depth knowledge of search engine marketing. In 2011 Lucy set up ‘Simply Search’ developing a range of services for small and medium sized businesses looking to use the internet to drive new sales. In 2014 Simply Search merged with Front Page Advantage and the focus remains on delivering tangible results, with the client goals and KPI’s at the centre of all campaigns. Lucy has been Google AdWords Certified since 2005 adding strength and experience to the company’s Google Partners status.

Ian spent over twenty-five years in various sales, sales management and marketing roles within both the print and retail network planning industries. He joined the Front Page Advantage team in 2010 as Client Services Manager and holds an Individual Qualification for Adwords Search Marketing in the Google Certified Partner Programme.

Moving from prominently advertising and sales roles, Shaun has worked in Digital Marketing since 2008, both for agencies and clients themselves. Having worked client side, Shaun can really understand the requirements of a business when wanting to take their marketing strategy forward. Dan Barrowclough – SEO & PPC Account Manager
Dan has been working within the digital world since graduating from Southampton Solent University in 2012 with an honours degree in Marketing Management. Dan has a background in SEO and his role involves executing and reporting on SEO and PPC campaigns. He keeps up to date with the digital world by attending industry conferences and is both Google Analytics and Google AdWords certified.

Georgia graduated from the University of Reading with an Archaeology degree and after working in the field for a year decided she needed a change.
