Position Summary & Primary Objectives

Front Page Advantage (FPA) is a well-established Digital Marketing Agency, specialising in SEO and PPC services for SMEs throughout the UK, US, Europe, Asia and Australia. We are a small but perfectly formed team of 7 and this role has arisen due to the growth of our business which we expect to continue thus ideally, we want this person to grow with us.

This role is responsible for meeting our customers’ expectations from running PPC campaigns whilst also helping grow the business through upsell and onboarding new clients. Our proposition to clients is that the person they communicate with each month is the same person that completes the work avoiding fragmented work and enabling excellent relationships to be built.

The successful candidate will ideally hold current qualifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads, with a minimum 2 + years of agency experience managing PPC campaigns for SME clients. Front Page Advantage thrives on excellent, long standing relationships with clients and this person will have the passion and drive to deliver top quality account management while collaborating with other members of our small team.

We are offering a package of OTE £35k pa. In addition to the OTE, the company operate an annual company bonus pot shared amongst the team which paid out £2k last year. You can choose to work remotely (UK) or in the Basingstoke office or Hybrid. 25 days holiday per year.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of relationships and revenue from existing client portfolio via outstanding, pro-active account management through regular email, telephone communication and video calls.
  • Manage and develop client campaigns using Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Prepare regular bespoke client reports with support from the team. Reporting on PPC performance providing meaningful measurements and KPI’s along with advice and actions for further improvement.
  • To take a consultative approach in understanding each client’s objectives and to explore / advise on other relevant marketing strategies / campaigns (in line with FPA services).
  • To support the whole team in exploring ideas for growth and sharing expertise as appropriate.
  • Analysing client websites along with traffic and conversion data to identify opportunities for client campaigns.
  • Maintaining FPA’s high client retention rate by developing and fostering long lasting client relationships.
  • To identify, promote and generate new revenue opportunities from within existing client portfolio.
  • To ensure that all client data is stored and kept up to date on the company’s data/crm systems.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments through online resources, publications / blogs etc.
  • Contribute ideas for improvement to business processes and marketing ideas.
  • Any other relevant activity required by the company.

Required Experience / Skills / Location

  1. To hold Google qualifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  2. To have been actively account managing SME clients PPC campaigns for the past 2 + years
  3. In depth knowledge of search marketing PPC, Display, Mobile and appreciation of SEO
  4. Ability to work on own initiative, self-starter / motivator
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Passion for digital platforms and technologies
  7. Proficient in MS Office
