How To Add A User To Your Google Analytics Account
Businesses and individuals can add users to their Google Analytics accounts to have different users connected to be able to carry out all or only some of the permissions given, to be able to access your Google Analytics account. The advantages of this include not sharing passwords and to be able to add several users to your account.
Adding A New User
To add a new user to your Google Analytics account you will need to follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Google Analytics account
- Find the admin panel located in the bottom left of Google Analytics.
Select whether you want to add a user at account level or property level.
- Select either account access management or property access management.
- Select the big blue + icon in the right top corner of Google Analytics.
Enter the email address of the user you would like to add.
Below this you can then select the permissions that the user will be able to have.- Select from options; edit, collaborate, read and analyse or manage users.
- Finally, once selected you can select the large blue add icon in the top right corner of Google Analytics.
Select whether you want to add a user at account level or property level.
