The following case study is in relation to a business that promotes a food safety compliance app, focused on supporting food businesses and caterers, ensuring that they are fully compliant in their operations. Their intention was to grow traffic to the website and primarily increase the number of downloads of their app. Interactions with the app have seen a strong increase over time and continue to surge to new levels now.
Their Challenge
All Environmental Health Services Ltd first approached Front Page Advantage to gain help in setting up and running Google Ads campaigns. Their goal was to deliver traffic to the website and increase downloads of the Safer Food Better Business (SFBB+) app.
Our Solution
In order to achieve this goal, we began with setting up a search campaign, containing text ads with relevant messaging. Over time, we have created new campaigns, such as a remarketing campaign and more recently, a performance max campaign. We have also made use of different ad types, from the now outdated expanded text ads, to responsive search ads and dynamic search ads.
In addition, we have regularly completed updated keyword research to ensure we are covering all relevant terms and not missing any opportunities to show for other relevant keywords, allowing us to compete with other businesses with similar offerings.
The Results
We have been working with All Environmental Health Services to promote the SFBB+ app for several years and through continually improving the campaigns and trying new things, we have seen interactions with the app strongly increase over the years.
To this day, we are still seeing new highs – July 2025 saw the 4th highest number of conversions recorded to date.
