Process

Step 1 – Discovery

We start with a friendly 30‑minute kick‑off call with your dedicated UK account manager. We’ll have already reviewed your website, so we can dive straight into your goals, audience, and brand voice. Together, we’ll discuss what your business does, who you want to reach, and how your social media can support your wider marketing. If you have any existing images, logos, or assets, we’ll include those in your plan. You bring the insights — we handle the prep.

Step 2 – 3‑Month Plan

Within five working days, you’ll receive a tailored three‑month content calendar featuring a mix of two posts per month across your chosen social channels. Every post includes draft copy, image direction, and clear scheduling. We craft a balanced mix of content — from promotional updates and educational posts to engaging visuals and videos — all consistent with your brand. Need an adjustment? Amends are always included to make sure you’re happy.

Step 3 – Go Live

Once approved, we take care of posting on schedule and keeping everything running smoothly. You can send new photos or video clips anytime, and we’ll turn them into polished, professional posts. We’ll also upload your videos and monitor engagement, keeping your feeds active and cohesive.
